With the holiday season in full swing, it's hard to prioritize exercise when you have 100 other things on your list. That's why I want you all to take at least 10 minutes each day to do some sort of physical activity for yourself. This can be walking, running, or even stretching during your lunch break. Be sure to move around a lot, take extra trips to the water fountain, and be active during this stressful time. It not only prevents weight gain, but also helps with all of the stress of the holidays. If you're really feeling adventurous, print out this month's challenge calendar and post it in your office for a daily dose of activity! Happy holidays and we will see all of you in the spring!
