One hundred days seems like a long time, but in reality it is just the right amount of time to develop a habit that will change your life. “Give it 100” is about practicing something for 100 days and capturing ten second videos along the journey. What should you practice for 100 days? For some that might mean kicking off a healthy exercise and eating regimen. Other ideas would be meditation for 5 minutes everyday, writing in a journal, drinking 64 ounces of water a day, learning a new software for work, etc. Whatever it is make sure to capture your journey along the way. You will be amazed when you look back on your final day and see all the changes. Check out the Give it 100 webpage to get more ideas and see journeys other people have taken. Link HERE.
